Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, platform, and services provided by Agent Compose (“Agent Compose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. The Services
Agent Compose provides a platform for designing and running durable workflows executed by people, software agents, or both. We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the Services at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes that adversely affect your use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
- Upload or transmit malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users’ data;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services; or
- Use the Services to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or unsolicited communications.
4. SMS messaging program
If you opt in to receive SMS text messages, you consent to receive messages related to the Services at the mobile number you provide, such as verification codes, security alerts, and operational notifications.
- Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the notifications you enable.
- Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our handling of mobile numbers and opt-in data is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the workflows, files, and other content you submit to the Services (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Services to you. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to submit it.
6. Our intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design, and trademarks, are owned by Agent Compose and its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the Services.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Compose will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agent Compose from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services or other users. Upon termination, the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
