Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Agent Compose (“Agent Compose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information — your name, email address, and, if you provide it, your mobile phone number and organization details.
  • Content you submit — workflows, runs, files, messages, and other data you or your agents create or upload while using the Services.
  • Usage and device information — log data, IP address, browser type, and interactions with the Services, collected to operate and secure the platform.
  • Communications — records of your correspondence with us, including support requests and, where you have opted in, SMS messages.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
  • Authenticate you and secure your account;
  • Send you operational and account-related communications, including SMS messages where you have opted in;
  • Respond to your requests and provide customer support;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues; and
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS messaging and mobile numbers

If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we may send you SMS text messages related to the Services — for example, account verification codes, security alerts, and operational notifications about your workflows and runs.

  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the notifications you enable.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s standard message and data rates may apply to any messages you send or receive.
  • Opt-out. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at contact@agentcompose.ai.
We do not sell or share your mobile information. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information with service providers (such as our messaging provider) solely to deliver the messages you have requested; those providers are contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for any purpose.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances below:

  • Service providers. With vendors who process data on our behalf to operate the Services (for example, cloud hosting, messaging, and analytics), under contracts that limit their use of the information.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Agent Compose, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are excluded from all sharing except with the messaging provider strictly necessary to deliver messages you request.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer required.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights, or ask questions about them, by contacting us at contact@agentcompose.ai. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP.

8. Children’s privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
